- Static‑dissipative surface – Prevents triboelectric charging and safely dissipates static charges, protecting sensitive components.
- Antistatic adhesive – Specially formulated adhesive does not insulate or generate static; ensures safe contact with ESD‑sensitive surfaces.
- Low outgassing – Suitable for clean room environments (ISO Class 5–8) where ionic contamination must be minimized.

- Darkness: 20–25% for wax/resin, 25–30% for resin
- Speed: 3–5 inches per second (ips) for best results
💡 Tip: ESD labels are slightly more abrasive than standard PET – clean printhead more frequently.
